Caroline Morfitt Office Empire

04/04/2018 – 29/05/2018, Personal Assistant, Office Empire, I was a personal assistant providing general clerical duties. I typed letters, replied to customers' emails, wrote reports and took part in meetings showing genuine commitment to the business. I maintained high level of confidentiality and maintained positive report with existing clients. My main responsibility was to write reports and letters about business minutes of meetings, new changes to the business, introducing business to other businesses, booking venues, answering general email queries from new or existing clients about the business. The business mainly was a virtual assistant business where clients booked virtual assistants for various administrative tasks, predominantly data entry or typing.
