06/04/2013 – 06/04/2013, Mystery Shopper, Mrs C Morfitt, I visited various bank branches, shops and websites agents, and evaluated and scored customer satisfaction by pretending to be one of the customers. I also prepared detailed reports about the company’s customer service performance. I was offering excellent writing skills and detailed observation skills helping companies to improve their customer report with the client and spotting weaknesses and strengths of the staff and analysing they way they treated and served clients.
