I sold mobile phones on eBay, auctions, eCommerce shop delivering brilliant customer care and making sure customer was happy with my services and came back to me again to buy again. I processed invoices, payments, orders, entered income and expenditure of the business on Excel. I processed refunds, responded to customers' emails and liaised with couriers to deliver items on time.
