I recruited new translators and interpreters, analysing their CV and putting them forward for various relevant translation projects depending on their expertise. I maintained very positive long lasting relationships with other recruitment agencies and clients. I actively took part in the recruitment process selecting the best calibre translators and interpreters suitable for the role.
