    I offer comprehensive website design, eLearning design, secretarial, data entry, customer service, translation, business consultancy and search engine optimisation services.

    I have over fifteen years experience in customer service, translation, data entry and management experience. I worked for limited companies and on self-employed basis. I have many years of experience and I am very reliable and professional. I can be flexible with undertaking any required work. I attached short presentation of my work and education. As you can see from my attached CV, I have over fifteen years of experience in the customer service industry, and I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time make me the perfect candidate for the role. In my previous role as a Customer Advisor at Npower Capita I have been responsible for achieving a 40 % increase in customer satisfaction targets, and a direct debit upsell increase of 70%, which when coupled with my enthusiasm and dedication, people skills, interpersonal skills, commitment and customer focus, has helped the business to achieve its targets. I am confident that I can bring this level of success with me to your organisation and help your company build upon their reputation as a customer management leader. With my previous experience and expertise, I believe my contribution will have an immediate impact on the business. I am a conscientious, adaptable and hardworking person with a record of good timekeeping and attendance. I have over fifteen years’ experience in customer service and I am a confident user of Adobe Captivate 9, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Lotus. Furthermore, I am an experienced and capable administrator, excellent communicator and can work well with people at all levels. I am an excellent team worker but can also work on my own initiative and stay calm while working under pressure. I have a very flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills.
