I am a conscientious, adaptable and hardworking person with a record of good timekeeping and attendance. I have over fifteen years’ experience in customer service and I am a confident user of Adobe Captivate 9, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Lotus. Furthermore, I am an experienced and capable administrator, excellent communicator and can work well with people at all levels. I am an excellent team worker but can also work on my own initiative and stay calm while working under pressure. I have a very flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
All Direct For You 2017 - Present Administrator I process orders, enter data onto Excel, deal with customers, type letters and undertake general administrative duties. Furthermore, I liaise with accounts department in respect to invoices, order stationary, monitor stock levels and complete customers' requests.
Capita 2017 - 2017 Customer Advisor I worked as a customer advisor for Capita in busy Southern Water contact centre. I answered all customer service enquiries related to Southern Water, set up direct debits, explained bills and resolved complex complaints. I ensured customer satisfaction targets are met.
eConsultancy 2016 Administrator 2016 - 2016 I administered eConsultancy business. I provided administrative services . I typed letters, organised meetings, dealt with customers, entered data and more complex duties. I ensured deadlines are met and prioritised workload.
Barnsley College Graphic Digital Designer 2015 – 2016 While working in a busy design environment at Barnsley College, I prepared eLearning materials for college staff and students and I designed various websites, projects and posters using Adobe Captivate 9.
Capita Customer Advisor 2014 – 2015 My main duties were to enter meter readings, change tariffs and explain electricity and gas bills in Npower contact centre. I had to have a polite and efficient telephone manner to be able to deal with enquiries from customers requiring me to have excellent product knowledge.
International Service Check Mystery Shopper 2013 – 2014 I visited various bank branches, shops and websites agents, and evaluated and scored customer satisfaction by pretending to be one of the customers. I also prepared detailed reports about the company’s customer service performance.
Blue Arrow Customer Advisor 2011 – 2013 Assisting customers over the telephone, I gave updates about repairs for computers and laptops in KnowHow contact centre. I also chased up deliveries for kitchen appliances. In this role I had to be able to deal with a wide range of customers and explain technical issues clearly.
eOffice Marketing Manager 2008 – 2014 I ran eOffice business, which involved keeping accurate records, managing my time effectively and being familiar with business planning. I was responsible for search website optimisation, advertising business for clients and building backlinks.
HBOS Plc Sales Consultant 2008 – 2011 This role saw me working closely with customers, taking accurate details, explaining products and providing quotes for Halifax Home Insurance.
Ventura Customer Advisor 2007 – 2008 I explained mobile phone bills in O2 contact centre. This role involved the ability to explain a range of complicated tariff options clearly and concisely.
Swan Manager 1999 – 2011 I set up my eBay clothing shop, which involved keeping accurate records, marketing and merchandising.
