I am a conscientious, adaptable and hardworking person with a record of good timekeeping and attendance. I have over fifteen years’ experience in administration and customer service.

I process orders, enter data onto Excel, deal with customers, type letters and undertake general administrative duties. Furthermore, I liaise with accounts department in respect to invoices, order stationary, monitor stock levels and complete customers’ requests.

2017 - 2017            Capita, Customer Advisor
In a busy Southern Water contact centre, I answered customer service enquiries, set up direct debits, explained bills and resolved complex complaints. I always ensured customer satisfaction targets were met.

2016 - 2016           eConsultancy , Administrator
I provided administrative services which included typing letters, organising meetings, dealing with customers, entering data and other complex duties. Moreover, I ensured deadlines were met through organising and prioritising my workload.
